Country legend George Jones has died, aged 81.
Described by USA Today as “perhaps the most imitated singer in country music,” Jones won two Grammys and was entered into the Country Music Hall of Fame. He was married 4 times, once to Tammy Wynette.
His career spanned over 50 years, and included No. 1 singles White Lightning, She Thinks I Still Care and He Stopped Loving Her Today.
His country music peers considered him to be the greatest.
Rest in peace George.
