We have some reports from users that AIR IEP deliveries are now starting to work.
We’ve been putting some calls in to contacts and we have the following unverified information of several improvements:
- Content for existing customers with issues has been moved to an additional server to assist them in their download issues.
- Digital River have moved the installer content to new delivery servers to improve capacity and speed.
- The extended download service remains but the DVDs have been removed.
- Digital River also seem to have cleaned up the store to better reflect purchasing choices.
We also have news from users that downloads are improved, with one users on a 100mb line pulling Strike down in 7 minutes. More to follow. Please let us know if you are seeing improvements.
