Here’s a really handy tip, which will speed up your editing. When trimming, if you want to trim exactly to the boundary of the next or previous clip, hold Control on a Mac or Start on a PC while you trim and the trim will be constrained to the next clip boundary. You won’t be able to go over the other clip, only up to it.
