Following on from community member Paul Maunder's previous video on VCA masters, in this video we take a look at some of the other workflows to consider when using VCAs to control groups of tracks in Pro Tools. We cover VCA composite volume graphs, VCA automation and coalescing VCA automation in Pro Tools. These processes can form a key part of an advanced mixing workflow for both music or post production and provide a high degree of control over groups, especially when multiple automation passes are required.
