What's In The Box?

The AT2035 Studio is pretty music everything you need to start recording your music.  The hub of the system is the stunning iD4 USB audio interface from Audient. James reviewed the iD4 back just over a year ago back in September 2016 and to date, it is one of his favourite small form factor audio interfaces.  You can watch his video review of the iD4 in the video below.

To capture all your lovely audio the AT2035 Studio includes the Audio Technica 2035 large diaphragm fixed pattern condenser microphone.  The 2035 was designed with the home and project studio in mind, but it is just as at home live on stage. The AT2035 delivers exceptional detail and low noise. With its extended low-frequency response, the AT2035 provides rich, full sound reproduction and handles extremely high sound pressure levels with ease. It even comes with a shock mount and badded bad for safe keeping.

The final hardware component of the package is the Audio Technica ATHM40x Headphones. The M-Series ATH-M40x professional monitor headphones are tuned flat for incredibly accurate audio monitoring across an extended frequency range. The studio experience is enhanced with superior sound isolation and swiveling earcups for convenient one-ear monitoring. Engineered with pro-grade materials and robust construction, the M40x excels in professional studio tracking and mixing, as well as DJ monitoring.

The AT2035 Studio also includes all the cables and extra bits that get forgotten about when we buy (or someone else buys) our first recording gear. The only thing missing in my book would be a basic pop shied but you can pick these up quite cheap or even make one out of a pair of tights (NEW) and a wire coat-hanger.
