This is Paul's own solution to recording loud electric guitar parts in his studio without going deaf or falling out with his neighbours. 

Grossmann are a German company who have changed the way we record real guitar amplifiers.  The SG-Box allows the player to obtain professional, powerful guitar or bass sound by using real microphones and speakers resulting in punchy sounding recordings.

The SG-Box also provides extremely effective sound isolation with decoupled feet and plenty of dampening material giving the unit mass, sound reduction of over 30dB can be achieved.

The SG-Box is perfect for recording sessions where all the players and instruments are in one room or on stage where the high volume of guitar amps can be kept inside the box and it's easy to use, just plug in our amp and mics and get recording.
