Free Killer Amp Sim Plugin Until October 31st - Orange Tiny Terror
IK Multimedia are offering their simulation of the Orange Dual Terror for free until October 31st 2021.
The Orange Dual Terror is a wicked twin-channel, 30-watt guitar head featuring a unique 2-stage preamp, which has a massive tonal range using just three controls per channel. The Fat Channel delivers warmer tones, while the Tiny Terror Channel has the sonic character of the original Tiny Terror.
We asked our resident guitar genius Mark M Thompson to try it. As well as his verdict, he supplied a couple of examples of this amp sim in a mix and for Pro Tools users, a download of his plugins and settings.
Mark said:

Mark doubled tracked his Strat through nothing more than the default Dual Terror settings.
His lead guitar part, as heard in the second clip, showcases Nembrini Audio’s FREE ProCo Rat pedal emulation “Black” straight into stock Pro Tools plugins (including Eleven). His track preset can be downloaded here.

How To Get Your Free Copy Of The Orange Dual Terror Amp Sim for Amplitube 5

Log into your IK account and head to your User Area
Use the pop-up message to Redeem your promotional item and sign up for the Newsletter, if you're not already
Download and open the IK Product Manager
Select Manage My Products, then using the Software tab, click the Install and Authorize button to the right of AmpliTube 5
If you already have the latest version of AmpliTube 5 installed (version 5.2), please enter the Menu inside AmpliTube 5, navigate to the Account tab, and select Restore Purchases
