It’s been a few months since the long-awaited Apple Mac Pro 7,1 hit the streets. For many studio owners it was perhaps the most anticipated Apple computer for a decade, most of all because it offered both the power and flexibility that were looking for… but at a price.

However during the wait many decided to take a different route, instead choosing;

• A new MacBook Pro

• An iMac Pro or iMac

• A used older Mac

• A Hackintosh

• Moving to a Windows computer
