PreSonus And Mix The Music Launch Major Label Multitracks You Can Use To Hone Your Mixing Skill With In Studio One
At the start of October 2019, we reported on the news of PreSonus, the makers of Studio One partnering with Mix The Music to provide a new online store specialising in multitrack audio files. These Studio One compatible multitracks will enable users to legally download and re-mix songs using the original multitrack files as recorded by major artists and film/game composers.
Available now, Mix The Music enables you to download officially licensed major-label multitrack recordings, containing the stems, from Universal Music Group, Fox Film Music, WaterTower Records, Real World Records, Electronic Arts and more.
Multitracks Exclusive To Studio One Users
These multitrack files are in PreSonus’ new .multitrack format and can be opened, played and edited using any edition of PreSonus’ Studio One 4 (version 4.5.4 or later). Support for these mulitracks also includes Studio One Professional, Artist, and Prime. At present Studio One is the only software supporting this new .multitrack format.

On offer is a wide variety of multitrack music including contemporary and classic hits, film scores, video game scores. It is also been reported that the library will rapidly grow overtime.
