One of the hardest things to do when you work long hours is find the time to exercise, it can end up being. vicious circle of poor health but no time to fix it. But how you start your day can significantly influence your energy levels, focus, and creativity.

A quick, 10-minute morning workout can be the key to unlocking a day of heightened productivity and inspiration. Let's explore how this brief burst of activity can set the tone for a successful day in the studio. It certainly doesn’t have to mean joining a gym or trudging the streets at 5am as you jog in the rain.
