Who Gets Melodyne 5 Essential And How?

Melodyne 5 essential is included with Pro Tools 2020.11, which Pro Tools users will get if you have an active subscription for Pro Tools or purchased a Perpetual license and have an active Update & Support Plan for it.

Melodyne 5 essential is installed automatically along with Pro Tools unless the installer discovers a version of Melodyne already installed on your computer, in which case your existing version of Melodyne will not be affected. Instead, you will be eligible to a coupon to use in the Celemony web store to put towards an update or upgrade instead of the Melodyne 5 essential you don’t need.

The coupon has a value of €/US$ 20 and the coupon code is the Melodyne 5 essential serial number.

Where Can I Find The Serial Number For Melodyne 5 Essential?

You will find the serial number of your Melodyne 5 essential in your Avid Master Account. Log in and click on “View My Products” and you will see an entry for Melodyne 5 essential displaying the serial number.

How Do I Use This Coupon Code?

In the Celemony webshop, choose what you want to buy, whether its an update for your existing Melodyne or another option in your shopping cart. When you come to pay, enter the serial number of your Melodyne 5 essential as your coupon code.

€/US$ 20 will be subtracted from the sum you have to pay when switching to a larger edition or later version of Melodyne.

If you already have Melodyne 5 studio, you can use the coupon when purchasing an additional activation or a future update to Version 6.

What If I Have Already Activated My Melodyne 5 essential?

Don’t worry. You can still recover your coupon. Just open Melodyne 5 essential, choose “License” from the Help menu; this will take you to your user account where you can deactivate Melodyne. After deactivating your Melodyne 5 essential, you can then use its serial number as a coupon code. If you do so, however, you will no longer be able to reactivate your Melodyne 5 essential, as use of the coupon voids the license.

Melodyne 5 Essential Coupon: Terms And Conditions Of Use

Pro Tools customers from version 2020.11 onwards are entitled to a serial number for Melodyne 5 essential. Pro Tools customers who are also already Melodyne customers can use this serial number instead, on a single occasion as a Melodyne coupon in the Celemony webshop. Use of the coupon in this way voids the Melodyne 5 essential license.

• The coupon has a value of EUR 20.00 or USD 20.00 and can be redeemed for Melodyne updates or upgrades exclusively in the Celemony webshop (www.celemony.com). When you purchase a Melodyne update or upgrade, this amount will be credited to your account and therefore deducted from the total purchase price. The coupon cannot be redeemed for products other than Melodyne updates or upgrades.

• The coupon can be redeemed within one year of receipt of the serial/coupon number and in any case within three months of the release of Melodyne 6.

• Only one coupon can be redeemed per purchase transaction in the Celemony webshop. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.

• The coupon cannot be used in combination with other coupons/discounts and cannot be redeemed for purchases already made.
