iLok Cloud Affected By Google Network Congestion Issues - Users Unable To Use Pro Tools During The Disruption

There have been a number of reports on social media that Pro Tools wouldn’t work because iLok Cloud Servers were affected by the Google Network congestion issues that affected Google Cloud, G Suite, and YouTube.

Although we understand that iLok Cloud is fully functional again, it reaffirms that the iLok Cloud infrastructure is dependent on a reliable internet connection whether that is at the consumer’s end or elsewhere on the system.
