Did you know it’s possible to set the session tempo on a Pro Tools session from a MIDI keyboard?

Tap Tempo - Qwerty Or MIDI

The better known tap tempo feature from the qwerty keyboard is useful.All you have to do is highlight the tempi field in the transport window and tap the T key. Bear in mind that if the conductor track is enabled then the data on the tempo ruler will take precedence over this manual value but if you want to control it from a MIDI keyboard its easily done.
