Tony Cariddi, Director of Product and Solutions Marketing, at Avid, has left that role to join Dolby.

In this new role, Tony will support Dolby's marketing efforts to reinforce the core platform offering and drive continued education and adoption of Dolby technologies with the primary creative and technical professionals around the world, including Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision.

For many Pro Tools users, Tony has proved to be an invaluable link between Avid and the Pro Tools community, particularly in the last few years when questions from the community were many and answers were few.

Tony has been a real friend to the Pro Tools Expert community over the last few years, and his presence will be missed.

We wish him well in his new role at Dolby, a company helping to shape the future of audio and video with their innovative technologies.
