Our friends at Accusonus have been busy updating their Regroover Virtual Instrument plug-in. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Regroover/Regroover Pro - watch our review on this powerful VI that allows users to import loops and extract discrete audio information and split stereo files into their individual elements, as well as offering a way to extract samples, for creative re-triggering.

What's New In Version 1.5?

  • The 1.5 update offers to both Regroover Essential and Regroover Pro the highly-demanded Snap To Grid functionality that significantly speeds up beat manipulation meaning remixing drum loops can be done in seconds.

Additional New Features Include:

  • Create beats more quickly by triggering pads from the Layer’s Tab
  • Audition rearranged loops instantly by looping with Markers in Preview mode
  • Simpler loop editing by moving marker regions inside Layers
  • Full reset of project with 'New Project' and new 'Load Clip' entry
  • Bitwig support
