A couple of community members have been in touch to let us know that Apple appears to have discontinued their wired keyboards. You can only get Magic keyboards in the Apple Store now and although the good news is tat there is a full sized Bluetooth keyboard now, they are no longer supplying wired keyboards. So what are the alternatives?

Editors Keys Pro Tools Keyboard - Slimline PC/Mac £58.32 Exc VAT

This is a single universal Mac and PC keyboard and is available in US and UK formats

Pro Tools Keyboard - Backlit MAC/PC Keyboard £83.33 Exc VAT

LogicKeyboard Pro Tools Keyboard £84.90 Exc VAT

This LogicKeyboard Mac-only keyboard for Pro Tools is based on the original Apple Pro Ultra Thin Aluminium keyboard and so sghould have the same feel as an Apple keyboard. it is available in US, UK, French and German formats.

LogicKeyboard Astra Backlit Pro Tools Keyboard

The LogicKeyboard Astra keyboards have two USB cables. One for the keyboard itself, and one for the USB hub, at the back of the keyboard. The reason for having a separate cable for the USB hub, is to avoid problems with installations, that require a KVM extender.  You can learn more about this keybaord in our review below.
