Learn as Julian uses the G8 to process the signals which are below the gate threshold, and would usually not be heard at all, with different processing to that applied to the signal peaks which pass above the gate threshold.

It isn't immediately apparent how to go about setting up the routing to process the reject outputs in G8. Julian demonstrates how to do this (mistakes and all!) and hints at the creative possibilities introduced by being able to access the parts of a signal which fall below a threshold.
