Our friends at Audified are now offering a free LE version of their GK Amplification 2 Pro in both plug-in and standalone application format.  The free version, GK Amplification 2 LE also has an option to 'pay what you want' is a model of Gallien-Krueger MB150 amp and MB 150 speaker miced up with an Audix D6. 

GK Amps' advanced track player lets you play along with your favourite artists and learn their songs. Speed control alows you to slow down, if you can't make it, or even speed up. Built in recorder will keep every new riff safe. Record dry bass sound, processed or even mix with the track player.  GK Amplification 2 can also be used as a plug-in module for host applications like Pro Tools. 

When playing live you can choose not to move heavy stacks around for every show. Simply take your laptop with GK Amplification 2 installed and use it instead and the application can be controlled by any MIDI controller.
