Slate Media Technology have released beta versions of their Raven and Batch Commander software that are compatible with Pro Tools 12.

The current versions were not fully compatible with Pro Tools 12  with bugs that were specific to cursoring through the open menus listed below:

• Insert Window.
• Sends.
• Output Busses.
• Groups.
• Insert Menus on an open plugin.
• A-J Rack Location Menus on an open plug-in.

Slate told us that the functionality was inconsistent, but that it needed to be resolved by Avid, who confirmed it as a bug (PT-202512) and that it would be a candidate to repair for their next update. This apparently has been completed and so Slate have now released beta versions of their software.

Owners of Slate Raven or Batch Commander should log into their accounts and download the beta versions if you want to use them with Pro Tools 12.
