In this interview shot at the Jigsaw24 event in July 2015 in London Mike Thornton talks to Ian Duncan who is now Senior Pro Audio Consultant at Jigsaw24 about his new position within the company and his vast Pro Tools experience.

Ian was Avid’s first Pro Tools Tech Support Manager in Europe, and holds a BSc (Hons) in audio engineering and has previously worked as a film re-recording mixing for Pinewood Studios and has worked on projects for Disney, Marvel, Pixar and Sony pictures. 

Our own Mike Thornton and Ian had a good number of phone calls in the early days of Pro Tools as Ian was the Digidesign UK support department and Mike was installing and supporting Pro Tools v2 systems into the BBC in Manchester.
