Emails are starting to appear in inboxes for those who have signed up for the free version of Avid Pro Tools, Pro Tools First.

This free but feature limited release is being rolled out in stages which according to Avid 'is due to unprecedented demand.' We got out email on June 20th after signing up on Day 1 of the announcement in January. So if you haven't already signed up then you may have some time to wait.

As you can see for the screen grab below there's a 4 stage process to getting it once you click on the link in the email.
