Our friends at Source Elements have been promising to announce a pricing structure for quite a while and we can now reveal their pricing for Source-Connect Now as well as some new features. 

Source-Connect Now Free

All accounts will be able to connect two people at broadcast-quality 128kbps - for free.

Source-Connect Now Premium 

For premium features, pricing will start out as low as $8 a month, with a middle tier around $24 a month. There is no need to purchase additional links as Guest accounts are always free.   

Source Elements continue to work on final Beta finishing touches and adding premium features and whilst they perfect these features they tell us that all accounts will have access to everything for free. Towards the end of the year, they plan to charge a nominal fee for premium features while continuing to provide a free service capable of 128 kbps audio quality: because they believe that in the 21st century, high definition audio over the internet should be freely available to everyone… and because they never want to hear a phone-quality interview on the radio or podcasts again!

Embed Source-Connect Now On Your Website And WordPress

With the Embed feature you have HD audio on your own website, for anyone to join you with the click of a button. You can add your own HTML code, or use their new WordPress plug-in.

What’s next for Source-Connect Now?

Source Elements tell us that they are working on templates for embedding Source-Connect Now in your website with your own branding, sizing and colours and that they are continuing to work on Mobile support.
