We wrote recently about the annoying hang bug when trying to browse in Structure. This is caused because Structure decides to go off and look for patches in every location possible including those on the end of your network connections - which of course could take some time.

One way to fix it is to turn off your network connections, but to be honest that’s a bit of a pain.

A second way to fix it is to use an App like Little Snitch or Hands Off for Mac or Zone Alarm for Windows. All of these apps selectively block chosen apps from accessing network connections.

I’ve tried it with Little Snitch and it works like a charm.
