You might have to be bloody quick, but we’ve had a tip-off from El Sidius about something that had hit our radar, but we wanted to check it out.

Magma Studio Factory, which we reviewed on the blog some time ago, has recently been updated to v1.5 which now allows you to host VST plug-ins in situ - no wrappers.

We have downloaded it and tested it and it does indeed work. Now this might now come a cropper as did the Sugar Bytes wrapper, as that fell foul of the agreement with Avid, however we don’t know what will happen, you might want to get it quick in case it disappears as fast as the Sugar Bytes wrapper did. 

Of course it’s a damn good set of plug-ins even without this feature!
