Pro Tools 11.1 is in final tests and we should expect OS X Mavericks compatibiliy for Mac users.

A nice surprise is a new plug-in should be shipping with Pro Tools 11.1 - Pitch II.

Pitch II offers the ability to thicken tracks such as vocals, guitars, strings with pitch and delay to offer classic detune effects as well as basic pitch shifting to retune via scales or ratios. it operates both in mono and stereo, as well as mono/stereo.

It is our understanding that this new plug-in will be part of the Pro Tools 11.1 upgrade at no additional cost, of course none of this is confirmed by Avid… more exclusive news coming soon.
