RSPE Audio Solutions have just released another free Pro Tools | S6 tutorial with Gary Lux, showing you how to navigate soft key banks using the numeric keypad. This allows you to easily access and control your S6 mixer's spill zones by simply pressing the shift button on any of the fader moles and the enter button on the numeric keypad.

Another option is pressing shift - decimal point, which allows you to access audio sources in the left edit window and control room & monitor control in the left window.
